International Calls – Cheapest Network Providers
If you are planning a holiday or travel on business into Europe you should pay close attention to the tariffs your network provider charges.
Prices can vary dramatically and at the time of writing the cheapest two providers are 3 and Vodafone.
3 currently charges £0.25p per minute to call the UK from most EU countries. The cost of receiving a call is £0.10p per minute. These rates are available to all 3 customers on both pay-as-you-go or contract deals.
If you are with Vodafone then you will more than likely be able to benefit from Vodafone Passport. This can be used in many European countries and allows you to talk for as long as you like for a flat fee of £0.75p per call made and received, plus your UK local call rate.
If you make long calls Vodafone Passport will almost certainly work out cheaper than 3.

Perhaps the only downside to this phone is the 3.2mega pixel camera – but perhaps this is because we know Sony Ericsson are capable of delivering superb camera phones.
However, camera lovers will opt for other handsets – it’s the music fan that will be swayed to this phone. And they will certainly not be disappointed!
