T-Mobile to Offer Free Games
Certain T-Mobile customers are soon to be offered free games on their mobile phone, as long as they view some advertisements before hand.
If you are a fan of games on your mobile this may be a superb deal for you. To access the free games you must firstly subscribe to the T-Mobile Game Club (free of charge). You also need to have a Web ‘n’ Walk internet bundle. You will then get access to at least one free game a week.
T-Mobile have revealed the first game will be Poker Million II. Others to follow will include IQ Booster, Pro-Bowling, Pool Star and Einstein’s Brain Game.
Other network users can also access free games from 123play.com
Poppin Panda - Glu Mobile
We’ve never seen pandas hurling colours balls around but perhaps we’ve been visiting the wrong zoos. Anyway, that’s the theme for Poppin’ Panda, a game that is heavily influenced by the game Zuma in its animalistic ball-throwing fun.
So, you’re firing balls at a line of balls, aiming to get three of the same colour together to make them disappear. Except mastering the game is about triggering combos and earning power-ups to help you with explosions, aiming lines and backwards times. It’s easy to play and has some original touches too, like bouncing balls off walls and sending them down chutes. A good mobile puzzle game.
Puzzle Quest - THQ Wireless
There are plenty of mobile games that get you to swap coloured gems around to make them disappear, but Puzzle Quest splices this gameplay with something else entirely: a role-playing game! You’re a hero who has to travel the land fighting monsters but you fight them with your gem-swapping skills.
It’s an intriguing idea and one that quickly reveals itself as truly addictive. As you beat monsters, you earn experience and money which in turn improve your characters skills. You also learn new spells which you can trigger during battles to give you an advantage. A truly excellent game that you won’t be able to put down.
