LG Renoir KC910 – A Review
LG have recently launched the Renoir KC910 – a mobile to join the elite 8MP camera club. In addition to the powerful camera this phone also has a touch screen, so on the face of it it is ticking all the right boxes.
The Renoir was in fact the slimmest 8MP camera phone on the market, at least for 24 hours, by which time Samsung snatched away that record with their Omnia phone. Nonetheless, this is still a slim and sleek handset and feels great in your hand.
The Renoir packs in a number of great features – its two most outstanding being the already mentioned 8MP camera, the other being its easy to use touch screen interface.
In addition, the Renoir appears to excel as a camera and video phone, being the first handset in Europe to feature Dolby Mobile sound technology. Coming complete with a 8GB microSD card there is stacks of space to store all your tracks, videos and photos.
For when you are out and about the Renoir also boasts built in GPS, enables A-GPS and offers Google Maps as standard (not available when using the Orange network).
For games fans this phone uses the popular motion sensing accelerometer – snakes and ladders where you are required to shake the phone to roll the dice is particularity good fun!
The LG Renoir certainly has a lot to offer, with the camera and video receiving the excellent verdict. LG may have designed a smash hit with this handset!
